AISME strongly supports the education and development of young scholars—doctoral candidates, research fellows, grant holders, and early-career researchers—by promoting initiatives designed to foster advanced scientific competencies and encourage internationalisation.
Through research schools, doctoral colloquia, awards, and dedicated opportunities, the Association aims to create a stimulating and inclusive environment in which new generations of academics can engage with colleagues, faculty members, and internationally renowned researchers, thereby strengthening research quality and enhancing their capacity to interact with the global scientific community.
